::Same!! I ordered a book, received it, did NOT realize I signed up for a monthly subscription! I received an email today to “remind” me of an upcoming subscription charge. I followed ALL instructions to cancel however, once clicking “cancel” I was passed to a “tell us why” page that would not accept ANY options and therefore got stuck and would NOT cancel my subscription. This is NOT GOOD!! I’ve contacted my credit card company. There is not a way to cancel a subscription BEFORE it is charged. Instead I have to wait for a charge to show up then dispute it. I have emailed craft club, waiting for a response. This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and does NOT look good for CRAFTY CLUB! I am currently researching federal laws and will be reporting where I can.
