Lesson 5 of 6
In Progress

Step 5: Assembling the Cloud

After all the pieces from all the different colors are scored and folded, we can start with the assembling process.

You are going to have 39 pieces of white color.

1: You are going to grab the piece that contains the number 1 Start (that is a white piece).

2: As you may have noticed, over the scoring lines we have lines and lines with dots. We are going to fold those lines as follow:

3: In each individual piece, you are going to see/identify numbers, those numbers are ALWAYS going to be looking inside the cloud:

Internal Part:

External Part:

4: You are going to follow with the next number piece following the same process.

5: There are some pieces that all the internal sections needs to be glued together as needed (some of them do not need this step) you are going to grab the piece with the next number, in our case number 10 and you are going to identify that are some of the numbers that are showing in both pieces, those are the sections that you need to glue together:

6: As you are moving with the assembling you are going to start seeing how the Cloud start appearing:

Pieces 1-10:

Pieces 11-20

💡Tip: While you are adding the different pieces, if you notice that there is an space between two or more section, and you do not like it, you can grab a small piece of the same cardstock and glue it into the inside of that intersection:

Interior:

Gluing a small piece of cardstock on the inside:

How is looking on the external side:

7: For the pieces 35A- 35E, you need to assemble them first before adding them to the rest of the cloud:

💡Tip: If you want to hang the cloud, we suggest to mark the 35A-35E piece over a cardstock and stick it inside the pieces to have more strong back for the cloud.

8: After adding the last piece and (optional) the cardboard…. YOU DID IT!!!! AMAZING WORK!!!!
