Step 1: Create Our Design

1- Open Cricut Design Space on your computer. Sign in with your Cricut ID and password (if you are not already signed in).

2- Click the Canvas tab or + New Project button to open a blank canvas. Add your favorite Fall image (Apple) and resize it to fit your substrate. 

3- Add text, choose your font (Ole), and type in your phrase (Apple Cider Season).

Step 2: Cut and Weed Our Design

1- Title your project, Save, and then click Make.

2- Choose to load the material on the mat (or off for smart materials). Click Mirror when using iron-on. Follow the on-screen instructions.

3- After unloading the mat, cut your material down and begin weeding. Take your time.

Step 3: Transferring our Design

1- Flip your weeded image over and place it on your substrate (pouch).

2- Use your Mini Press (you can also use an iron or other heat presses) to adhere the image to the pouch. When using the Mini Press, you will need to go over it several times.

3- After the material has cooled (smart iron-on is a cool peel material), carefully peel the protective backing off the image. If there are places that still aren’t adhered properly, repeat the Mini Press step.
