What do you enjoy most about scrapbooking? I find that the thoughtfulness involved in crafting each page can be very meditative.

Reading is also a favorite pastime of mine. Do you keep a reading journal by any chance? I find it quite enriching to jot down thoughts and reflections about the books I read.
