Tip of the day.. my machine is not able to “read” my paper
When you are trying to use the print then cut functionality, 4 black corners are also printed in your paper/cardstock. Those corners are the ones that the machine is going to “read” to be able to identify where are the margins, but sometimes the machine is having trouble reading them.. so here are a couple of things that you can try:
Glossy Paper/Cardstock/Printable Vinyl:
1- Dimmer your lights
2- make sure that on the corners there is not much light reflecting
Matte/ normal paper/ cardstock
1- Mark your corners with a black sharpie
2- turn on your lights
3- make sure that there are no shadows while the machine is reading on your corners.
Did this already happen to you? did you use any other way to fix the issue?
