    Hello Michelle:

Are you planning on use the design? (if it’s a cutting board? )

If you are not planning to use it and is only for decor, I personally do not seal it, if I’m using vinyl, I’m making sure that is permanent.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. Happy crafting!

    Warmly,

    Hi Betsy:

Normally Permanent vinyl is enough with tumblers, if they are not sticking enough you can try to remove the vinyl, clean the tumbler with alcohol let it dry and apply the design again with a new cut. In my experience with modge podge, I just wait like 24 hours after apply and I wash them, always taking into consideration that the design do not need to be on the area in where you drink, so using modge podge on that area is safe.

Another option is to use epoxy. But this a more advanced process and need to also curate for a couple of days.

Feel free to reach out. Happy crafting!

    Warmly,

    Paula

    Hello Annette:

It depends, if you are planning to use:

    * sublimation vinyl needs to be at least 70% polyester (you can find them in Michaels, that is my place to go to buy them)(https://www.michaels.com/product/white-crew-neck-adult-unisex-sublimation-sweatshirt-by-make-market-10744390)

    * for any other iron on vinyl (not stretching) you can use 100% cotton

Feel free to let me know if you have any other question!

    Happy crafting!

    Paula
