    Hi Michelle!

Welcome to the forum! It’s so great to meet you. Love your fun fact, With my husband we adopted 2 feral cats that one day showed up in our back yard ( a mom and her kitten, now they are Margarita and Fluffy, actually we believe that they adopted us 😂) we’ve been always dog parents and now we are learning how to interact with them and so far in love of the process! 🤩

    Hello Grace:

To pair a Cricut machine without a code, simply turn on your Cricut machine, go to your device’s Bluetooth settings, select your Cricut machine from the list of available devices, and when prompted for a PIN, enter “0000” as the default pairing code; most newer Cricut machines will automatically connect without requiring a separate code.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

    Happy crafting!

Hello Jan, we are going to include in February projects offset sentiments so keep an eye on next month projects!

In the mean time in order to be able to help you I want you to share some extra details with me:

1- Did you use Draw with pen or print then cut functionality?

2- Did you attached the text with the offset that you generated?

3- Do you want the offset to be white like in your pictures or any other color?

    Hello Kimberlee:

sadly not all the functionalities are available in the Tablet version and one of them is the Template functionality.

You have to use the computer version or just add a shape (like a rectangle) with the measurements of your physical item and base on that re-size the design.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Warmly,

    Paula

    Hello Shellie:

For tumblers you do not need a heat press, heat press are for flat surfaces like fabric, coasters, tote bags.

For mugs, you can use a Mug press, but tumblers are not supported, only certain types of mugs, also you need to apply them with sublimation products (DTF, vinyl)

If you want to do tumblers (like stanley) normally they have permanent Vinyl and or Epoxy process.

Please if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out!

    Warmly,

    Paula
