STEP 1: Upload the Design:
1- In order to be able to start our Design, we are going to access our Design Space application and in there we are going to click on the + New Project Green button located on the top Right corner of our screen.

2- After we clicked in there, we are going to be able to access our Blank Canvas, in where we are going to start creating our Design:

3- We are going to upload the 2025 Calendar months files. In order to upload it, on the Right Side Bar, click on Upload Functionality:

4- Once we are in there, by default we are going to see that the Image option is selected (the other option is Pattern Fill, that we are not going to use for this project). Click on Upload Image Green button:

5- Click on Browse Button:

6- Go to your Downloads folder, find the file and click on the Open button.

7- After you added the file, you should see something like:

8- Click on Continue button, and then in the next screen click on Apply and continue, without applying any configuration:

9 – Then choose the Option: Flat Graphic and click on Continue button:

10 – Give the file a name, then click on the Green Upload button in the bottom right.

11 – You have to repeat the same process for each month, from Step 3 to Step 10 inclusive.
12- After you upload all the images (12 in Total, one for each month), select all the images and then click on Add To Canvas Green Button in the bottom right to add them all together to the canvas.

💡Tip: After you select each image, the small image should be shown before the cancel button at the bottom right of the page
13 – Your images were added to the Canvas correctly! You did a great job!

14 – Now, we are going to add some extra customizations to our designs. You can mark any special family occasion, birthdays or any other date that you want to remember during this year.
In our example, we are going to add a little heart over February 14th for Valentine’s Day.
15- To add the heart, go to Shapes on the left side Menu Bar and click on it, and choose the heart in order to add it to the canvas, repeat this step one more time, you should have 2 hearts. We are going to reduce the size of one of the hearts so we can slice the 2 hearts and obtain just the border of the heart so you can overlap it over the date and you can still see the day.

16- After you have the 2 hearts, using the slice functionality, you can slice it and obtain something like this:

💡Tip: Before slicing the 2 hearts, make sure that they are align horizontally and vertically between each other.

17- Now we are going to place the result of the slice (only the border of the heart over the date that we want, in our example February 14th.

💡Tip: Make sure to resize the heart to the size of your preference so it looks ok with the rest of the design. After you place the heart over the date. Do not forget to change the Operation to Draw or print and cut and to attach the heart to the image, so it draws or prints in the right place.
18- As Optional: You can also add a note at the bottom of the calendar if you want to remember what you marked on the calendar. Using the text functionality with any font that you may like you can add the note and attach it at the bottom of the card something like:

💡Tip: Make sure to resize the text to the size of your preference so it looks ok with the rest of the design. After you place the text at the bottom of the card, do not forget to attach the elements that you added to the Month card and then make sure that the Operation is print and cut and to attach the heart to the image and then make sure that you flatten the design too, so it draws or prints in the right place. You can change the colors of the extra details or any of the dates as you want.
You can add as many personalizations as you like for each month.
19 – To use the Print then Cut, we need to make sure that our design reflects that. In order to do this, we are going to choose all the cards (one for every month) and by using the operations functionality you can choose the option that you need to make sure that the configurations are going to look as follow:
- All the components are going to be attached and Flatten
- All the components are marked as Print and Cut. If the components are not Flatten they are going to be cut independently instead of just the border of the card.

After you clicked on Flatten, you should be able to see something like:

💡Tip: This step is only needed if you are going to add extra elements to the cards, if not you can avoid it.
20 – We are now going to make sure that the calendar is the right size, in our case we are using: W: 3.55” and H: 4.785”, you need to check each card individually and add the desired measurements manually.

Step 2: Cut The Calendar:
Before moving any further, we are going to save our design. To do that:
1- Click on Save link on the top right corner of the Design Space and Add a descriptive name and click on Save Green Button.

2- Now that our project is saved, we need to make sure that our right machine is selected, to that, we click on the link next to the Make Green Button and from the options listed, we choose the one that we are going to use. In our case it is the Maker.

3- Let’s start Cutting our Project!!!!! By clicking on Make Green Button.

4- We are going to see on the next page that we have 2 cards per sheet that is going to be printed:

💡Tip: You need to check the Material Load type and the Material Size. In our scenario, we are using a Light Blue cutting mat 12 x 12. So there is no need to change the configuration.
💡Tip 2: If you want to print each month on a different color, you need to move the object to a new mat, in order to do this, you are going to select the object that you want to move and click on the 3 horizontal dots that, once in there click on move object:

After this, the following should be showing, and on there you click on NEW:

After you click on NEW, the element is going to be moved to their own mat:

5- We are going to click on the continue button, in order to start printing our design. Once in the next step, you are going to click on Send to Printer button, once you clicked it, you are going to be able to see the following screen:

Click on Next button, in the following pop up, we are going to make sure that our printed was selected and we are going to turn off the Add Bleed option, as the image below is showing:

Then we are going to click on Print and we are going to click on Done.

💡Tip: As a preference, we are going to print all the different sheets on the different colors and later we are going to cut them, but you can print then cut based on each sheet.
6- Once our design was printed, we should have something like:

7- We are going to proceed with cutting our design that was already printed. Since in our project we are using the same type of cardstock , there is no need to change configurations between cuts. You are going to place the design on your mat making sure that the arrow marks are on the right top corner of the mat, as the following image:

💡Tip: If your cutting blade is not new, you can change the pressure to More to ensure that is going to cut the material. Also, if you are using different types of cardstock, make sure to adjust the material configuration.
6 – After all the cuts are done, we are going to obtain 12 different parts (one related to each month)
Step 3: Assembling our 2025 Calendar:
1- After all the parts are cut, using our weeding tool, we are going to proceed to weed the cards from the main sheet (sometimes without this tool is also enough).

2- After putting the pieces all together, you have a beautiful calendar! Well Done!!!!!
